Damaged or Defective – Let us know within 5 days. We'll refund or replace—no hassles. 

All other prepaid subscriptions are final sale. No exchanges or refunds.

Restocking Fee – If we approve a non-defective return, a $25 fee may apply.

How to Claim – Email us at support@shopspiritedsocials.com with a brief message describing the problem, upload photos, and we’ll respond within 48 hours.

Shipping – We’ll give you a prepaid label for damaged/defective items. Otherwise, you cover return shipping.

Stolen Package Policy - Once your package is marked "Delivered," it's considered the customer's responsibility. However, we understand things happen! If your box is missing, contact us within 48 hours and we'll help investigate.

Visibility – Policy displayed at checkout and in your email confirmation, per Florida retail law.
